Manutraco Ltd is a company, registered in Cyprus, under the Companies Law, since 1985. It has been working successfully ever since in the tenders of the Government of Cyprus and other Semi-Government Authorities in Cyprus.

Manutraco Ltd activities, include inter alia, the participation, as the Local Agent, on behalf of Principals in international tenders of the Government and other Semi-Government Authorities (Electricity Authority of Cyprus, Cyprus Telecommunication Authority, Central Bank of Cyprus, Cyprus Water Boards etc.).

Manutraco Ltd acts, mainly, as the Local Agent for important international manufacturers/suppliers participating in the public tenders of the Republic of Cyprus. The main areas of interest are: -

(a) Generation, transmission and distribution of electricity i.e. power generation plants, substations and switchgear, HV and MV cables and conductors, electricity meters single and three face, transmission towers and wooden poles, power and dstirbution transformers HV, MV and LV , transmission lines accessories and fittings, insulators, surge arresters, fuses and links, ring main units etc.

(b) Public telecommunication equipment and materials,, exchanges, data transmission systems, switching equipment, fiber optic cables, telephone wires and cables, network management systems, air traffic control systems and radars, antennas .etc

Manutraco Ltd is a member of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a member of the Cyprus Association of Authorized Commercial Agents/ Representatives.

Local Agent Services

The services offered to Principals by Manutraco Ltd, as the Local Agent, include,
inter alia, the following: -
1. Advise on any matter concerning the local laws and regulations of Cyprus.
2. Obtain licenses, permissions and approvals according to local law.
3. Obtain visas for the Principals personnel.
4. Help to secure local subcontractors and negotiate with them.
5. Advise about the services of lawyers, accountants, tax consultants and any
   other specialized disciplines
6. Advance information of coming tenders
7. Help to complete the tender properly so that it is responsive and competitive
8. Supply information, data and other vital information, concerning the subject
     matter, and names, prices of tenderers of previous or similar tenders
9. As far as possible give names and probable prices of competitors in the
    current tender
10. Assist in the extension of the closing date of the tender, if need be
11. Help to secure amendments and clarifications to current tender specifications,
      terms and conditions
12. Ensure that the tender is deposited with the Buyer on time
13. Follow up the evaluation stages of the tender
